About the course

Is it possible to teach a lesson that engages every student regardless of their skill level—and makes them feel like the class is “just for them”? Yes, it is! In this course, you’ll learn how to differentiate tasks and teaching methods to activate students across the entire spectrum: from struggling learners to average performers to high achievers. Jolanta Kawaler will introduce you to 4 tried-and-tested strategies that can transform your everyday teaching practice.

Course Description

Every classroom is a unique ecosystem—filled with different learning needs, abilities, and work speeds. Sometimes average students feel invisible, those who struggle fall behind, and the most advanced get bored. How can you design lessons that are effective, inclusive, and engaging for all?

This training gives you practical tools to create differentiated lessons that connect with every learner. You’ll learn how to assess the educational potential of your group, adjust task formats and difficulty levels, and build motivation—even among students who are usually passive or disengaged.

This is not just theory—it’s a toolkit full of classroom-ready methods you can start using right away.

What You’ll Gain

  • Four field-tested strategies to secure the engagement of all of the students in the class—regardless of their skill level
  • Practical techniques for differentiating lesson content and assignments
  • Ways to improve classroom atmosphere and maintain focus and discipline
