When purchasing an online course or any other digital product that is made available immediately after payment, you do not have the right to withdraw from the contract.

All your purchased courses are available in your user account. Simply log in, click on your avatar in the top-right corner, and go to the Account section. There, you’ll find all your products, orders, and certificates (in the left-hand menu).
Every paid course includes a certificate of participation.

Certificates on our platform are generated automatically based on the information you provide. That’s why it’s important to double-check your name and surname for any typos.

• 30 days – from the date of purchase
• 90 days – from the date of purchase

To take part in a free course, simply create an account on our platform (don’t forget to activate it!) and log in.
On the course page, click the Sign up button. You’ll receive an email reminder before the course starts. To join the course, click the Join button on the course page.

Yes! After each free course, you have the option to purchase a certificate or the course recording with additional materials.
A link to this special offer will appear in the webinar chat during the session and will also be sent to you by email after the course ends.

Certificates are not sent by email. You can download them as a PDF directly from your user account.
When you purchase a subscription for access to all courses on Edutimo, you can choose from three options:

No card is required to purchase a subscription. You pay for the selected period in the same way as for a single product – using online payment.
Once your subscription period (month, quarter, or year) ends, we’ll send you a reminder with the option to renew access.
With an active subscription on our platform, you not only gain access to a wide range of courses – you also receive certificates and all bonus materials from any course you attend during your subscription period, completely free of charge.
You’ll also receive free certificates and materials from all webinars held during your subscription.
