Jolanta is a multifaceted expert – a teacher, trainer in both education and business, deputy director of a psychological-educational counselling centre, as well as a mediator and career advisor with broad experience. A graduate of history at the Jagiellonian University, and an expert in health and safety, education management, and court mediation, she brings strong expertise and hands-on solutions to every session. Participants value her creativity and sense of humour – a combination that makes even complex behavioural techniques easy to grasp and apply.
